In case of concern official/employee is on leave then it is possible to send a letter concerning his/her section through e-mail.

IOS ID v4.4 software is Unicode compatible having Google Input Tools Interface enabling non-typist employees/officers to make an entry in the software. The same is menu driven and easy to use. And to generate the following output at a click of a button.
